Choral Evensong

Choral Evensong consists of prayers of penitence and absolution, scripture readings from the Old and New Testaments, including the Psalter, responsive prayers and collects. When this Daily Office is sung, it is called Choral Evensong, with appropriate hymns and anthems added to the traditional sung portions of the service.
