Dr. Celia Neumayr teaches Catholic Culture, Junior Thesis, Trivium Studies, and Latin at Cathedral High School. She received a doctorate in literature from the Institute of Philosophic Studies at the University of Dallas and a B.A. in English from Rice University. She wrote her dissertation on the plays of T. S. Eliot. Dr. Neumayr previously taught 11th grade AP English Language and Composition at St. Thomas’ Episcopal School. Her daughter Heidi is a freshman at Cathedral High School. Drs. Tom and Celia Neumayr and their four children have been parishioners at Our Lady of Walsingham and members of the Ordinariate for eleven years.
