Mrs. Kate Carton, Theater Arts

Kate Carton is the Director of Theatre Arts at CHS. Kate graduated from Simpson College where she majored in music and minored in theatre arts. She went on to complete an MA in Theology with Franciscan University of Steubenville. Performing Arts has always been a source of great joy for Kate. With a repertoire that covers everything from children’s theatre to opera, she has been involved in over 50 productions fulfilling a variety of roles onstage and behind the scenes. Kate and her husband, Clint, were married in July 2022 and enjoy hiking, trying new recipes, and elaborate board games.
