Understanding that tuition assistance is a matter of importance for many Catholic families, we have an approach that is multi-tiered in order to help families make this opportunity possible and something they can plan for. We work with each individual family, collecting information through our FACTS Tuition Management system, then speaking with and talking to families to understand their unique circumstances. Following these steps, our school will determine what financial aid can be offered, what scholarships a particular student may be eligible for, and, finally, if there are other avenues for financial assistance, we know of that we can point them toward pursuing.
We understand that families need to plan for the future, not simply one year at a time, so our goal is to remain consistent with financial aid offerings for families through their time with us. Being a partnership, this is best achieved through mutual communication.
Tuition At Cathedral, we serve prepared, qualified students who desire to attend our school. To that end, we want to work with parents to make tuition affordable, while still providing necessary compensation for our staff and faculty, as well as the up-keep of our beautiful, new building. With the beginning of an endowment fund restricted to tuition assistance, and the efforts of a robust capital campaign, Cathedral is able to work with families individually to determine levels of support.
Tuition for 2024 -2025 is $21,091
Financial Aid Cathedral uses FACTS, an online service to conduct a fair and confidential financial needs assessment for families that may require tuition assistance. FACTS provides an objective third-party recommendation that informs the financial aid decisions of the admissions committee. In addition to tuition awards, Cathedral also offers the Newman Scholarship for need, and the Sts. Peter and Paul Scholarship for merit. Other sources of tuition assistance may be available through your home parish and other Catholic organizations.
To begin your FACTS application, please click here. The financial aid application must be completed by January 16 to be considered for the first round of priority applicants. Most importantly, if a student is accepted at Cathedral High School, and he or she believes this is where God is calling him or her, then we are committed to working with every family to meet their financial needs.
